That’s exactly why I have created a couple of related services, which you can use to keep on top of things and retain peace of mind.

Rental management. I take the hard work out of renting your property. From advertising and contracts to keys, cleaning and repairs, I am here to help. Find out more here.
Meet and greet. I am here to open up for your rental guests when they arrive. I can show them how things work or even leave a welcome basket of basics, ready to make their stay even more enjoyable.
Keeper of keys. It gives many of my clients peace of mind that only ONE person is responsible for their keys – one person to call, one person to deal with and one person to blame, so to speak… If you’re selling or renting out your property, I can look after your keys for rental/sales agents to pick up for viewings. I can also make sure that everything is properly turned off and closed up after viewings – or when your holiday guests leave.
Overseeing contractors. As your contact on site, I ensure that problems are solved and things run as smoothly as possible, no matter what happens. If you want more details on how the process works just let me know.
Other services. All properties and customers are unique, so if you have any special requests of your own, simply ask.
Having lived in various rental properties here on the Costa del Sol, I know exactly how frustrating it can be when things go wrong.
Like when you have water coming down from the apartment above, you call the management agent and nothing happens.
Another thing that always catches everyone off guard are the occasional storms that tend to wreak havoc at the most inopportune times. Not to mention an array of other things, but I don’t want to douse your expectations.
Fortunately, you don’t have to worry about what might happen to your property when you are not around. Because you will have me to keep an eye on things.
In the loop even when you’re out
My rental property checks not only keep you informed; they ensure quick action should anything unexpected happen.
After all, it is best to discover and repair any potential damage in time. No one wants to go on holiday only to have workmen bustling about because of unnoticed damage.
You decide how often I swing by to check up on your property. My other clients’ schedules vary from once a week to once every fortnight, but if you have other needs, just let me know.
