THE BEST PLACE TO BUY A HOLIDAY HOME

You’re spoilt for choice when you want to buy a place in the Spanish sun.

Which sounds great – in theory. The hiccup is, with so many exciting destinations to choose from, it’s easy to lose your way.

I get that, because I’ve been in your situation and it took me quite a while to find the right place.

Which is why, today, I help clients like you narrow things down and scour the Spanish property market – focusing specifically on one location that just has it all.

Costa del Sol

I could ramble on about the 150 kilometres of prime, seaside locations and the stellar mountain views and treks. I could pick out the luxury of easy access to prize-winning golf courses, or the numerous beach clubs, designer shops and glitzy marinas.

All of which makes the Costa del Sol one of the most popular holiday destinations in the world.

Add to that one of the highest numbers of sunshine hours in the world and excellent water sports facilities and you can well imagine why the Costa del Sol is so very popular.

Buy property on the most sought-after coastline

Whether you want a holiday home for yourself and your family, are looking for a solid investment in your retirement or even looking for a buy-to-let investment in Spain, you really need to put Costa del Sol right at the top of your list.

Fair warning: property prices may appear higher in this area than in other parts of Spain.

But with over 12 million tourists visiting every year, Costa del Sol is in demand when it comes to holiday makers looking for an experience above and beyond the classic hotel vacation.

So, prepare to pay top prices for top properties, and you won’t be disappointed.

The Spanish property market

Hand on heart, if you’ve ever tried to riddle out how the property market works in Spain, you probably know by now that it is a maze of bureaucracy and strange customs.

That said, it’s also one of the most fun places to look for your dream property. If you know what you want and you’re willing to put down the money to secure your future holiday home or investment property.

Because even if money is tight, a couple of months of letting your property to holiday makers every year will provide enough cashflow to make the property pay for itself – and you can use it without worrying about how to pay the next mortgage.

Buying or selling?

If you want to get past the initial browsing without losing sleep, you can get me to help you sort through the properties available. I’ll tell you all about the service and process here

If you’ve already got a property on the Costa del Sol and you’re looking to either sell it or trade up, you can get me to show the property to potential buyers. You get the lowdown on that process and service right here.

Or maybe you’ve got a property that you want to let out when you’re not using it yourself? In that case, head over here to find out how you can get me to handle everything from marketing to the minute aspects of the day-to-day maintenance.

No matter why you’re here, I invite you to surf around the site. If something grabs you, just let me know.
