My friends and I were greeted by Mikael Knudsen after renting Villa La Luna in Calahonda recently. Imagine arriving from an overnight flight from Canada, and being greeted by someone who took the time to pick up some groceries (Cava, beer, cheeses, ham/prosciutto, bread and many other things). It was one of the most thoughtful things I’ve ever seen. We arrived at the airport and he called us to tell us we left 2 or 3 things at the house. He drove to Malaga airport to drop them off… He is very personable, transparent and has very high ethics. If you have a property you are looking to rent out, look no further.

We were only in Spain for a week and I met Mikael half way through our trip. Given the short timings Mikael managed to get me in to see a few apartments. Those first few viewings helped me to realise what I wanted and the location. On our return Mikael heard of an apartment for sale in the block I wanted – we had a virtual viewing and I could see the apartment was perfect. So we offered and secured it.

Vi fik anbefalet Mikael, og han har taget sig af vores ejendom, siden vi købte den i oktober 2019. Den er kun til eget brug, så den står nogle gange tom i et par måneder, desværre mere under pandemien. Jeg glæder mig til at se hans videoer, for det er altid dejligt at se den spanske sol og den blå himmel, nu når vi har base i Storbritannien. Videoerne er meget grundige, fra det øjeblik han åbner døren, til han forlader stedet. Han tjekker elinstallationen og fylder frisk vand i vaske og toiletter. Han har af og til sørget for en handyman til os, når det har været nødvendigt. Mikaels engelsk er fremragende, og han er en dejlig fyr at handle med, meget professionel, høflig og frem for alt meget pålidelig og troværdig.

Mikael er en meget ærlig, social og troværdig person. Det er det første, man bemærker ved ham. Han tager sig af vores ejendom i Mijas, når vi ikke er der. Han tager sig også af bilen, så den er klar til brug, når vi ankommer. Det giver mig ro i sindet at vide, at der er en, som vi stoler på, der passer på vores investeringer i Spanien.

Jeg kan fremhæve en oplevelse vi havde sidste år. Få timer før afgang til lufthavnen, opdager vi et utæt vandrør som står og drypper. Vi kontakter 4YourHome.es omkring problemet.
Allerede næste dag var de på opgaven og via Facetime og billeder, kunne vi se at opgaven var løst og ingen dryppende vandrør mere, det er skønt at sådanne opgaver kan løses for en, når man står i en presset situation og skal nå et fly.

We have had a lovely week living in this beautiful villa, it has everything we needed, So well equipped, especially enjoyed the pool area and fray tarace.
The location was perfect so peaceful and easy walk to local beach and restaurant, and a short drive to Puerto Banus and Marbella.
Mikael was the perfect host and there to answer all our questions and recommend local restaurants and places to go.

We’ve spent a wonderful 3 weeks in Villa La Luna – with extended family.
It’s been a perfect experience – Mikael has been so helpful, We’ve loved the pool and al the space to chill and entertain!
Everything we needed was on hand and location is great for popping to the beach & local restaurants.

We’ve spent a wonderful week at Villa Luna 3 generations of Family Fun. The grandchildren have loved the pool. Stunning villa in a fantastic location.
Mikael has been a wonderful host and greeted My husband with balloons and birthday banners and cold beers for his 65 Year Birthday.
The fridge was stored with essentials too which meant no rushing off to the supermarket on the first day. All these things make a difference and makes for a relaxing experience. Would highly recommend.
