You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance to cover you and your personal belongings during your stay. The owners and management company cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, accident, injury, expense or inconvenience arising during your stay, except where required by law.<\/span><\/p>

BOOKING AND PAYMENT<\/b><\/p>

Bookings are normally made by the week unless otherwise agreed.<\/span><\/p>

Check-in is from 16:00 on the day of arrival and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. For longer stays, alternative times may be agreed in advance.<\/span><\/p>

If your booking is made more than six weeks before the start of your stay, a holding deposit may be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due six weeks before arrival.<\/span><\/p>

If your booking is made within six weeks of arrival, the full rental amount must be paid to secure the booking.<\/span><\/p>

CANCELLATIONS<\/b><\/p>

If you cancel more than six weeks before the start of your stay, the balance of any monies paid, less the holding deposit, will be returned.<\/span><\/p>

If you cancel within six weeks of arrival, the property owner reserves the right to retain the deposit. The owner may also retain the balance of the rental payment if the property cannot be re-let for the same period.<\/span><\/p>

If your booking is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible. Our liability will be limited to payments made to us.<\/span><\/p>

If the property must close due to government restrictions, or your home address is placed under a local or regional lockdown which prevents you from travelling for your holiday dates, you will be refunded in full.<\/span><\/p>

ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN<\/b><\/p>

If you arrive by air, please contact us as soon as you have landed so that we can arrange your arrival at the property.<\/span><\/p>

If you arrive by other means of transport, please provide your estimated arrival time and contact us at least 30 minutes before arrival so we can be ready to receive you.<\/span><\/p>

SECURITY DEPOSIT<\/b><\/p>

A security deposit of either \u20ac500 or \u20ac1,000, depending on the property and booking, will be held on arrival.<\/span><\/p>

The deposit is taken by credit card as a pre-authorised payment. It is not a cash payment.<\/span><\/p>

The pre-authorised amount is held as security against accidental damage, loss, excessive cleaning, missing items or other costs arising from a breach of these terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>

Following check-out and inspection of the property, the pre-authorisation will be released, provided there are no deductions to be made.<\/span><\/p>

Any deductions will be discussed with the guest where appropriate and will be limited to reasonable costs arising from damage, loss or additional cleaning.<\/span><\/p>

OCCUPANCY<\/b><\/p>

The number of people staying at the property must not exceed the number stated on the booking.<\/span><\/p>

All guests staying at the property must be declared to us in advance and complete the required online check-in.<\/span><\/p>

Unauthorised additional guests or failure to comply with the agreed occupancy may result in guests being asked to leave the property without a refund.<\/span><\/p>

PARTIES, EVENTS AND GATHERINGS<\/b><\/p>

The property must not be used for private parties, weddings, celebrations, events, receptions, commercial activities, photoshoots or other organised gatherings without prior written approval from the management company and\/or property owner.<\/span><\/p>

If you are planning any type of celebration, event or gathering during your stay, you must inform us before arrival and obtain written approval.<\/span><\/p>

This includes events where additional people who are not included in the booking may visit or attend the property.<\/span><\/p>

Please do not assume that an event or gathering is permitted simply because the number of overnight guests does not exceed the booking capacity.<\/span><\/p>

Unauthorised parties or events may result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund and\/or additional charges being applied for any damage, cleaning, security or other costs incurred.<\/span><\/p>

CARE OF THE PROPERTY<\/b><\/p>

Guests are expected to treat the property, furniture, fittings, equipment and other contents with care and leave everything in the same condition as it was on arrival.<\/span><\/p>

Please report any damage or problems to us as soon as possible. Minor accidental breakages, such as a glass, will not normally result in a charge, provided they are reported to us promptly.<\/span><\/p>

Guests may be charged for significant damage, loss or breakages caused during their stay.<\/span><\/p>

Please report any existing damage or issues immediately upon arrival so that these can be recorded and addressed.<\/span><\/p>

CLEANING AND RUBBISH<\/b><\/p>

On changeover days, there is limited time for cleaning and inspection between guests. We therefore ask that you leave the property clean and tidy and in good condition.<\/span><\/p>

All rubbish must be removed from the property before departure and placed in the appropriate bins.<\/span><\/p>

If rubbish is left inside the property, an additional cleaning\/removal charge of \u20ac50 may be applied.<\/span><\/p>

If the property requires excessive or additional cleaning due to its condition on departure, a charge of \u20ac20 per hour may be deducted from the security deposit.<\/span><\/p>

PERSONAL BELONGINGS<\/b><\/p>

Please make sure you take all personal belongings with you when you leave. We cannot accept responsibility for items left behind.<\/span><\/p>

LINEN AND TOWELS<\/b><\/p>

Linen and towels provided at the property must not be used outdoors or as beach towels.<\/span><\/p>

BARBECUE<\/b><\/p>

Please use the designated barbecue utensils and clean the barbecue after use.<\/span><\/p>

SMOKING<\/b><\/p>

The property is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.<\/span><\/p>

If smoking is found to have taken place inside the property, an appropriate cleaning or damage charge may be deducted from the security deposit.<\/span><\/p>

PETS<\/b><\/p>

Pets are not permitted at the property unless specifically agreed in writing in advance.<\/span><\/p>

NOISE<\/b><\/p>

Please respect the neighbours and surrounding area.<\/span><\/p>

Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 08:00. Excessive noise, loud music or disruptive behaviour is not permitted at any time.<\/span><\/p>

GROUPS OF YOUNG ADULTS<\/b><\/p>

This accommodation does not accept groups of young adults. Please contact us before booking if you are unsure whether your group meets this requirement.<\/span><\/p>

PASSPORTS AND GUEST REGISTRATION<\/b><\/p>

Due to regulations in Andaluc\u00eda, we are required to register all guests staying at the property.<\/span><\/p>

All guests, including children, must provide the required identification details and passport information through our online check-in system before arrival.<\/span><\/p>

Please ensure that all requested information and passport copies are submitted before your arrival.<\/span><\/p>

CHILDREN AND POOLS<\/b><\/p>

Guests travelling with young children should be aware that some properties have swimming pools without safety fencing and\/or open staircases that are not child proofed.<\/span><\/p>

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.<\/span><\/p>

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS<\/b><\/p>

If you have any specific requirements, please contact us no later than two weeks before your arrival so that we have sufficient time to make any necessary arrangements.<\/span><\/p>

BREACH OF HOUSE RULES<\/b><\/p>

Serious or repeated breaches of these terms and conditions may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.<\/span><\/p>

Any costs resulting from damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, unauthorised events or other breaches may be charged to the guest and\/or deducted from the security deposit.<\/span><\/p>
